Large logistics company seeks a skilled Billing Assistant to create invoices, perform data entry, and support the billing department at their facility in City of Industry, CA.

To be considered for this Billing Assistant position, you must have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of billing experience, and:
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with Cadence/Microsoft Great Plains.
• Strong communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
• A background in Drayage is a plus!
