Bilingual Wireless Sales Rep

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Bilingual Wireless Sales Representative to join our retail team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, demonstrate products, and help clients find the best wireless solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, bilingual proficiency, and a passion for sales and customer service. Prior experience in retail sales, restuarants, or customer service environments is a plus. This position involves working in a fast-paced retail setting where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and promoting our wireless products. Duties Assist customers in selecting wireless devices and plans that meet their needs through product demos and personalized consultations Perform POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits of wireless devices Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed Supervise or assist in supervising sales floor activities to ensure smooth operations Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers over the phone Skills Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Demonstrated upselling abilities to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Knowledge of retail math, merchandising, stocking, and inventory count and cash handling operations is advantageous Customer service skills focused on creating a welcoming environment for shoppers Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team Ability to conduct product demos confidently and professionally Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Phone etiquette skills for professional communication over calls This role provides an engaging environment where your sales expertise and bilingual abilities can thrive while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
