Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor – Operations & Order Management Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144 Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable law Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and administrative activities at our manufacturer-operated warehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia. This position combines warehouse floor supervision, inventory management, order processing, scheduling, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working both in the warehouse and at a computer, and capable of independently coordinating daily operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Supervision Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Receive, count, verify, and organize incoming shipments. Coordinate product putaway, inventory control, order picking, and shipment preparation. Verify shipment quantities and maintain inventory accuracy. Assign daily tasks to warehouse associates and monitor productivity and work quality. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues. Operate forklifts and assist with physical warehouse activities as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Order Processing & Administrative Coordination Monitor and respond to business emails and customer order communications. Enter, update, and track inbound and outbound orders. Develop daily work schedules, order calendars, and task timelines. Print new orders and prepare warehouse work documents. Upload completed orders and supporting documentation. Coordinate communication between office staff, warehouse associates, and management. Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely and accurate completion. Maintain organized digital and physical records. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required. Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management required. Forklift operating experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and calendar/scheduling applications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise employees, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or move packages weighing 30–50 lbs as required. Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred. Compensation & Schedule $23.00–$25.00 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift.
