Location: Hutchins, TX 75141 Pay Rate: $22.00/hr BD: 15207 Schedule: Sunday–Friday: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM Overtime: Approximately 1–3 hours per week Position Overview XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Hutchins, TX. This position will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, scheduling labor, coordinating inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring productivity and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have previous leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations. Schedule labor based on daily workload, staffing needs, and operational priorities. Coordinate and oversee the unloading of railcars and trailers safely and efficiently. Supervise the loading of outbound trailers to ensure shipments are accurate and completed on schedule. Direct employees in stacking pallets, staging loads, and preparing outbound shipments for the following day's operations. Monitor workflow and adjust staffing assignments as needed to maximize productivity. Ensure customer deadlines and operational goals are met. Ensure warehouse activities follow company safety policies and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Coach and provide direction to warehouse employees as needed. Perform additional supervisory and operational duties as assigned. Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment required. Experience scheduling labor and coordinating daily warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including loading and unloading trailers, unloading railcars, pallet staging, and material handling. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Forklift certification preferred but not required.
