Bilingual Warehouse Manager / Supervisor

About the Position R & Y A/C Compressors is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our warehouse. We are an established automotive parts company and need someone with real warehouse leadership experience who can manage employees, organize workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and make sure orders are completed correctly and on time. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. We are looking for someone who has already managed or supervised employees in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, automotive parts, or similar environment. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility for the warehouse without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Manage and supervise warehouse employees and daily operations Assign daily responsibilities and manage workflow Oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking Make sure orders are completed accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance Train and develop warehouse employees Hold employees accountable and maintain strong warehouse standards Oversee inventory movement and inventory organization Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Work closely with management, shipping, purchasing, and customer service Help improve warehouse procedures and overall efficiency Make sure company procedures and safety standards are followed Identify problems quickly and take ownership of finding solutions Requirements Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience is required. Proven experience managing employees in a warehouse environment Strong knowledge of warehouse operations Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and fulfillment Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Experience with inventory, shipping, or warehouse management systems Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to take ownership and make decisions Bilingual Requirement Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. This position requires regular communication with both employees and management, so the ability to communicate effectively in both languages is essential.
