Bilingual Warehouse Associate

Job description National Apartment Flooring (NAF) is currently looking for a reliable, hard-working bilingual Warehouse Associate to temporarily support our flooring warehouse in Van Nuys. This is a full-time temporary position expected to last approximately 30–60+ days, with immediate availability preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish. This role will support daily warehouse operations, help prepare materials for our installation crews, receive and organize incoming shipments, maintain inventory, and assist with general warehouse duties. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Prepare and load materials for installer crews. Receive, process, label, and unload incoming shipments. Process orders and stage materials for the next day. Track and maintain inventory. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Inspect materials and stock for damages. Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping. Make deliveries when needed. Perform general warehouse maintenance and minor repairs. Operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift. Support daily warehouse operations as needed. Warehouse Associate Requirements: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Previous warehouse experience required. Forklift experience required. Basic computer skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding duties. Must be available to work Monday through Friday beginning at 5:00 AM. This is a temporary, full-time position expected to last approximately 30–60+ days.
