We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), wheelchair transportation, Medicaid transportation, and taxi services throughout the Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose, Fruita, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Dispatcher to join our growing team! Position: Dispatcher What You’ll Do: Answer incoming calls from clients, facilities, and drivers Schedule and coordinate transportation rides Dispatch drivers using our routing/scheduling systems Monitor ride status and help resolve issues quickly Communicate professionally with medical facilities and customers Support drivers throughout their shifts Maintain accurate trip and scheduling records What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply Transportation, dispatch, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred (but we can train the right person) Must be dependable on weekends Why Join Us?
