Bilingual Spanish Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing construction operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, and job site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch field personnel, equipment, and materials to various job sites. Coordinate daily work assignments with supervisors and project managers. Monitor crew locations and project progress throughout the day. Maintain accurate records of schedules, deliveries, equipment usage, and employee assignments. Communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and customers. Respond quickly to scheduling changes and operational challenges. Assist with administrative and reporting duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, construction, or related operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
