Position Title: Bilingual Shipping Lead Department: Operations / Shipping Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor. Shamrock Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Shipping Lead to oversee and coordinate all shipping-related administrative and operational activities. This role serves as the central point of coordination for export documentation, carrier management, freight quotations, shipment scheduling, claims resolution, and continuous improvement within the shipping department. Key Responsibilities Export Documentation (20%) · Prepare export shipping documentation accurately and on time. · Coordinate export paperwork with customs brokers. · Ensure all international shipping requirements are met. · Follow up on documentation requirements and compliance needs. Shipping Communications & Coordination (20%) · Manage the shipping email inbox. · Print and process customer orders. · Respond to shipping-related inquiries and requests. · Maintain communication with customers, vendors, carriers, brokers, and internal departments. · Ensure shipment status and transportation updates are communicated promptly and accurately. Freight Quotes & Carrier Management (20%) · Prepare domestic and export freight quotations. · Communicate transportation costs and options to internal stakeholders. · Resolve freight and carrier issues. · Develop and maintain relationships with existing carriers. · Identify and qualify additional carrier partners to improve service and transportation coverage. Inbound Logistics & Claims Management (15%) · Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors. · Manage inbound equipment, rims, and RGA shipments. · Arrange pickup scheduling and shipping documentation. · File and manage shipping claims. · Investigate transportation issues and work toward successful resolution. · Maintain complete claim documentation and records. Shipping Leadership & Support (15%) · Supervise daily shipping activities and priorities. · Support and assist shipping personnel as needed. · Ensure daily shipping goals are achieved. · Provide hands-on support during peak workloads. · Maintain organization, efficiency, and accountability within shipping operations.
