We're looking for 10–15 reliable, hardworking, and dedicated Production Associates to join our growing apparel printing team in Tomball, TX. We specialize in custom T-shirt printing, apparel production, and order fulfillment. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, work well with others, and are interested in building a long-term career with our company. We're not looking for temporary or short-term workers. We want dependable team members who are committed to growing with us. Previous printing experience is helpful but not required. If you're hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Prepare and organize T-shirts and other apparel for production. Assist with DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Fold, package, label, and prepare orders for shipping. Organize inventory, materials, and supplies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Follow instructions and established safety procedures. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English , with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages for production coordination, teamwork, and workplace safety. Reliable and punctual , with a strong commitment to consistent attendance. Interested in full-time, long-term employment . Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail. Willing to learn new processes and take direction from supervisors. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred but Not Required: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience. Apparel printing, DTG, DTF, or screen-printing experience. Packing, shipping, or inventory management experience. Work Schedule & Training Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM All new hires must be available for the required daytime training schedule. Employment Schedule: Full-time Long-term positions Additional shifts, including evening and overnight shifts, may become available as operations expand. Please note that availability for daytime training is required, regardless of your preferred future shift. Pay & Benefits $15.20–$17.20 per hour , depending on experience.
