We are currently looking for a Bilingual Order Taker / Dispatch Specialist to join our growing team in Georgetown, Texas. Location: On-site, 5 days per week Schedule: Saturdays are required Perk: Free lunch every Friday Bonus Opportunities: Christmas bonus, quarterly bonuses, and record-month performance bonuses This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that plays an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate confidently with both customers and drivers. What You’ll Do Professionally handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and drivers Accurately take customer orders and enter all necessary information Coordinate and dispatch orders to support timely and efficient deliveries Maintain clear communication between customers, dispatchers, drivers, and operations Manage multiple orders, calls, and priorities simultaneously Respond quickly and professionally to schedule changes and operational needs Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to provide excellent customer service Work rotating shifts and flexible hours based on business needs What We’re Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (not mandatory but preferred) Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a call center environment is preferred but not required Why Join Five Star Concrete?
