We are currently seeking a bilingual (english & spanish) highly organized and dependable Order Taker/Dispatch Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Professionally handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and drivers Accurately take and dispatch orders , ensuring timely service and efficient scheduling Maintain clear and consistent communication between customers, dispatchers, and drivers Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Adapt to rotating shifts and flexible hours as required by business needs Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or call center environments preferred Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence and accountability Why Join Us?
