Bilingual Operations Manager — Event & Party Rentals (English/Spanish)

Job Summary Hollywood Event is seeking a full-time, hands-on Bilingual Operations Manager to coordinate operations for its event and party rental business. You’ll lead warehouse crews and oversee logistics, inventory, deliveries, and event setup and pickup, working across multiple warehouses and a fleet of 14 trucks. Your impact: dependable coordination helps crews deliver organized, timely service for event clients. Duties Lead warehouse teams with clear expectations and accountability. Coordinate loading, delivery schedules, event setup, and pickup. Oversee inventory across multiple warehouse locations. Manage logistics for a fleet of 14 trucks. Apply project management to organize event operations. Support hospitality-focused service throughout event production. Scheduling the guys and stuff for daily Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish for daily communication. Experience in the hospitality industry. Strong team leadership and accountability skills. Background in warehouse and logistics management. Ability to organize projects and coordinate moving priorities. Hands-on approach to operational oversight and problem-solving. Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
