Bilingual Manager English and Spanish

Duties Lead and supervise retail staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to promote a high-performing team. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and purchasing to maximize sales opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in both English and Spanish, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement employee orientation programs and ongoing training to develop team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Conduct interviewing processes for new hires to select qualified candidates aligned with company standards. Utilize negotiation skills during vendor interactions to secure favorable purchasing terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Monitor sales performance metrics and manage sales management strategies to meet or exceed targets. Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and budget management to ensure financial accuracy and operational sustainability. Supervise shift schedules, cashiering activities, POS systems operation, and cash handling procedures for smooth daily operations. Enforce store policies related to safety, security, customer service standards, and compliance with company guidelines. Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision and store operations management. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and developing talent through training & development initiatives. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for effective team leadership and customer engagement. Experience with retail math including pricing strategies, inventory management, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping such as bookkeeping tasks. Familiarity with POS systems (Point of Sale), wireless sales environments, merchandising techniques, stock control procedures, and inventory management tools. Prior supervisory experience with retail sales teams in fast-paced environments is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
