Bilingual Inventory Manager

Inventory Manager MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, improving warehouse efficiency, managing receiving and shipping processes, and ensuring products are handled accurately from arrival to shipment. Responsibilities Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain accurate inventory records. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies. Perform cycle counts and regular inventory audits. Organize warehouse inventory for maximum efficiency. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and tracked. Work with inventory management software to monitor stock movements. Generate inventory reports and recommend process improvements. Supervise warehouse associates and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications 2+ years of inventory or warehouse management experience preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Experience using inventory management software. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
