Bilingual Heavy Equipment Parts Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Parts Warehouse Associate who takes pride in staying organized and getting the job done right. You’ll play an important role in keeping our parts operation running smoothly, from receiving and stocking inventory to preparing shipments and making sure the right parts are where they need to be. Hourly Wage + Monthly Bonus + Profit Sharing + 401K with 6% Match What You’ll Do Receive, unpack, and stock incoming parts. Pick, package, and ship parts to customers and other locations. Prepare parts for return to vendors. Coordinate small parcel and LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments. Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory. Keep the warehouse and parts areas clean, safe, and organized. What You Bring A strong work ethic and dependable attitude. Good organization and attention to detail. Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment. A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack. 1–2 years of parts warehouse experience preferred. Customer service experience is a plus. Ability to speak and understand Spanish (Required) Other Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have reliable attendance and professional appearance. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
