Bilingual Fulfillment & Operations Associate (Mandarin/English)

About Us Baglink Inc. is a fast-growing luxury resale and e-commerce company specializing in pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Order Fulfillment & Operations Assistant to support our fulfillment, daily operations, and live-selling team. This role is approximately 60% order fulfillment, 20% operations support, and 20% live stream moderation . ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment – 60% Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Ensure the correct item, accessories, authentication documents, and packaging are included Generate shipping labels and verify order and shipping information Monitor unfulfilled orders and ensure timely shipment Organize sold merchandise after live shows Perform final quality and accuracy checks before shipment Assist with returns, canceled orders, shipping issues, and inventory adjustments Investigate order discrepancies, missing items, or fulfillment errors Maintain organized packing stations and shipping supplies Help manage high-volume fulfillment days efficiently and accurately Operations Support – 20% Process new inventory, including intake, labeling, stocking, and organization Maintain accurate inventory records across internal systems and sales platforms Reconcile inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies Maintain an organized stockroom and inventory tracking system Prepare merchandise for upcoming live-selling shows Organize sold and unsold merchandise after shows Assist management with spreadsheets, documentation, and daily operational tasks Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners in English and Mandarin Live Stream Moderation – 20% Moderate live-selling shows on platforms such as Whatnot Support hosts with pricing, product information, buyer questions, and show flow Monitor chat and communicate with viewers during live shows Assist with product sequencing and live-show operations Help track sold items and ensure accurate post-show handoff to fulfillment Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin Detail-oriented, hardworking, reliable, and highly organized Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Comfortable with hands-on packing, shipping, and inventory work Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Flexible work schedule and able to work weekends regularly Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms Prior experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, retail, or operations is preferred Preferred Skills Experience with order fulfillment and shipping Familiarity with Whatnot or other live-selling platforms Experience with Shopify or inventory management systems Knowledge of luxury handbags, accessories, or the resale industry Previous live stream moderation experience is a plus Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
