Duties Supervise and coordinate production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Lead and manage assembly line teams, providing guidance and support to meet production goals efficiently Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions to ensure accurate execution of tasks Utilize measuring instruments and mechanical knowledge to verify product specifications and maintain quality control Operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely to facilitate material handling and assembly tasks Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Enforce safety standards in production areas, conduct safety training sessions, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Assist with manual handling and heavy lifting tasks as needed to support production demands Maintain accurate records of production activities, including documentation interpretation and reporting Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication across diverse teams Proven experience in factory or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes Skilled in operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments with safety awareness Mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents Experience managing production or assembly teams within a fast-paced setting Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement strategies Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including manual handling and heavy lifting procedures Ability to utilize warehouse experience for inventory management and material movement Strong technical proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments effectively This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to lead with energy while maintaining the highest safety standards.
