Bilingual Director of Finance & Strategic Planning - French/English (100% Remote)

EVORETRO is growing rapidly in Canada, the U.S. and international markets, and we are looking for a hands-on Bilingual Director of Finance & Strategic Planning (French/English) to help support and structure our next stage of growth. This is not a traditional accounting-only role. We are looking for someone who can work closely with the CEO and leadership team, understand the numbers, challenge assumptions, improve margins, strengthen cash flow and inventory management, and bring more financial discipline to major business decisions. You will work closely with our internal finance team, banks, accountants, tax specialists and other external advisors. What you’ll work on: Budgets, forecasts and cash-flow planning Financial dashboards and management reporting Profitability analysis by product, customer, country and project Pricing, margins and official price lists Private-label and special-project quotations Inventory analysis, aging and working capital Minimum and maximum stock levels by SKU Purchasing and inventory investment analysis Financial review of new 3PLs, warehouses and expansion projects Canada / U.S. tax coordination with external specialists U.S. sales tax, nexus and corporate structure analysis Banking relationships and financing Grants, tax credits and government programs Cost-saving opportunities and financial inefficiencies Support for leadership and EOS meetings Coordination and development of the internal finance team What we’re looking for: 7+ years of relevant finance experience Bilingual French/English is required CPA designation is a strong asset Strong background in FP&A, controllership or commercial finance Experience in an inventory-heavy business Distribution, e-commerce, wholesale, retail, consumer products or import/export experience is a plus Strong understanding of cash flow, margins and working capital Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset Comfortable working with banks, accountants, tax specialists and external advisors Why EVORETRO?
