Bilingual Deliveryman / Delivery Driver (NON CDL).

JOB SUMMARY: Assure customer orders are delivered on time and in good condition while providing excellent customer service. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Arrive at the warehouse at your assigned hour; ensure you punch in (clock located inside office) - Assure a pre-trip vehicle inspection is made prior to loading truck -Verify your delivery schedule in your assigned box - Take the store invoice and collaborate with warehouse personal to ensure proper amount of product is on each pallet. - After verifying that all product matches invoice, warehouse personal will load your product according to delivery schedule - Accommodate and face product based on FIFO (most recent expiration dates in front) with the purpose of knowing exactly how much product is needed - Stock, front, and face merchandise daily on customer store shelves/in company merchandisers or racks/displays - Maintain all merchandisers (free standing freezers or coolers), racks, or any other company equipment in good condition by providing a scheduled monthly cleaning -Check product in every department we have product. If for any reason there is an out of stock on some product, space needs to be filled with something else until item arrives. -Check that all TPR signs are up and priced correctly (if product is not scanning at correct price, deliverymen supervisor and salesperson should be informed immediately) - Collect customer payments before releasing orders when necessary -Credits need to be picked up in stores -At the end of the day, bring credit product back to warehouse pre-selected and organized to verify with warehouse personnel SKILLS - High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of related industry experience - Maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License, acceptable driving record - Excellent verbal & written communication skills; Bilingual a Plus: Spanish/English - Strong organizational & customer service skills - Must able to independently travel to customer locations - Pallet jack experience - Honesty & integrity - will handle customer payments - Open to working flexible schedules with very early start times - Positive attitude and good work ethic Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,600.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Truck driving: 1 year (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: On the road
