BILINGUAL BROKER DISPATCH

Job Summary As a Bilingual Broker Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate freight movements between customers, carriers, and internal teams in English and a second language. You’ll use dispatch tools, transportation management systems, and clear communication to keep shipments organized, respond to changing needs, and support reliable road transportation operations. Responsibilities Dispatch and track freight using vehicle dispatch software, GPS, and transportation management systems; enter accurate shipment and status data. Manage calls on multi-line phone systems, apply professional phone etiquette, and provide responsive customer service to customers and carriers. Coordinate with internal teams on pickup and delivery schedules, shipping and receiving details, and shipment exceptions. Support transportation planning, supply chain, logistics, and fleet management activities; follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Your impact: Accurate dispatching and timely updates help customers and carriers coordinate freight movements and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Bilingual communication skills in English and another language, with strong phone communication, phone call management, and internal communication skills. Experience or familiarity with dispatching, freight, road transportation operations, transportation management, or third-party logistics (3PL). Strong organizational, analysis, typing, and data entry skills; comfortable using Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management, geographic information systems (GIS), global positioning systems (GPS), and transportation management systems is preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations, shipping and receiving, and fleet management is an asset. Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
