Overview Join the Beer and Wine team in our Beer Garden, where you’ll help customers find products, keep displays stocked, and support smooth daily operations. This is a hands-on retail role involving customer service, sales, stocking, and safe materials handling. Your impact: Helpful product guidance and well-maintained displays make shopping easier for customers and keep the Beer Garden ready for service. Responsibilities Welcome customers, answer product questions, and support retail sales and cashiering with clear communication. Stock and merchandise beer and wine products; maintain organized displays and assist with inventory control and inventory management. Receive, package, and organize shipments; help load and unload deliveries using a pallet jack or forklift when trained and authorized. Use an RF scanner as needed, perform basic math, and follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Clean and maintain the work area, follow maintenance procedures, and support other warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Customer service, communication, and organizational skills; retail sales or cashiering experience is helpful. Warehouse experience, retail store experience, or grocery store experience is preferred; knowledge of produce or retail store products is a plus. Familiarity with shipping and receiving, packaging, loading, unloading, manual handling, and materials handling is beneficial. Experience operating material handling equipment, including a pallet jack or forklift, is preferred; follow safe lifting practices. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.
