Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds Provide product demos and makeup application tips to educate customers about our offerings Assist with stock management, merchandising, and organizing product displays to maximize sales appeal Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, upselling, and client engagement Manage social media platforms by sharing product updates and engaging with online followers (nice-to-have) Maintain store cleanliness and organization at the front desk and throughout the sales floor Support achieving sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling of beauty products Handle phone inquiries professionally with excellent phone etiquette and timely responses Use retail math skills for inventory management, sales data analysis, and stock replenishment Requirements Previous experience with Millennium or salon software is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of cosmetology or beauty & cosmetics sales enhances your ability to connect with customers Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales data analysis Customer service experience in retail or salon environments demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and managing client appointments or consultations (if applicable) Familiarity with POS systems and retail store product knowledge is advantageous Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences by combining your passion for beauty with exceptional service!
