With flagship stores in Los Angeles and Miami, we provide personalized beauty consultations, Skin Analysis, and carefully curated K-beauty products to help customers express their unique style and confidence. We're looking for passionate team member s who love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and growing with one of the fastest-growing K-beauty retail brands in the U.S. What you'll do: Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for every customer. Recommend colored contacts, Korean skincare, and beauty products based on customer needs and preferences. Perform Skin Analysis to provide personalized product recommendations (training provided). Assist with eye exam and contact lens fitting services, including patient pre-testing and exam preparation (training provided). Assist patients with contact lens insertion, removal, and proper care (training provided). Assist with maintaining accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality standards. Manage patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and exam flow. Support in-store events, promotions, and daily store operations. Maintain store standards, including merchandising, inventory management, POS transactions, and order fulfillment. Who you are: Previous retail, beauty, or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Passionate about beauty, skincare, and current beauty trends. Enjoy connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences. Confident in recommending products and driving sales. Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced team environment. Job Types: Part-time / Full-time Pay: Starting at $16/hour (Depending on Experience) Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including weekdays, weekends, and morning/evening shifts.
