About the Role As an independent installation subcontractor, you will be responsible for professionally installing bath and shower systems in customers' homes. Our typical installation crew consists of two people: a lead installer and an assistant. Installers are expected to meet company installation standards and project timelines, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Install walk-in baths, bathtubs, shower systems, glass doors, wall surrounds, wainscoting, vanities, trim, hardware, and related fixtures. Perform necessary carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work associated with bathroom installations. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Remove and replace damaged or defective materials as needed. Demonstrate product features and explain installation details to customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project. Remove and haul away installation debris upon completion. Maintain clean and professional work vehicles and trailers. Communicate effectively with customers and company representatives. Collect customer payments upon job completion when required by company procedures. Follow all applicable safety requirements, installation guidelines, and project deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for experienced contractors who take pride in their workmanship and understand the importance of professionalism in customers' homes. Required qualifications include: Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience. Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience. Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience. Valid driver's license. Reliable work vehicle and necessary tools. Established LLC or willingness and ability to establish one. General liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, as applicable to your business and crew. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift and position heavy materials safely. Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions when necessary.
