Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 Depending on Experience

In this role, you will oversee showroom‑focused warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, deliveries to client homes and jobsites, and daily coordination with the showroom sales team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring materials are received, staged, transported, and delivered with professionalism and precision. The Experience We’d Love To See:

  • Experience receiving inventory, documenting shipments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Background in warehouse operations, inventory control, or showroom support.
  • Ability to maintain accurate stock levels and support cycle counts.
  • Experience transporting materials between warehouse and showroom environments.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, lighting, appliances, or related industries (preferred but not required).
  • CDL is a plus (not required).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with sales teams and installers.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized warehouse with labeled homes for all items.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Receive, check in, and document all incoming materials, including packing slips and returns.
  • Count inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and support cycle counts.
  • Deliver materials to jobsites using a box truck, including navigating tight residential areas.
  • Transport materials between the warehouse and the luxury showroom.
  • Communicate with the showroom sales team regarding shortages, overages, delivery photos, and daily updates.
  • Assist Plumbing Solutions team members when supplying trim materials for installation jobs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with labeled bin locations.
  • Assist the Facilities and Fleet Manager with vehicle upkeep and warehouse readiness.
  • Use QuickBooks, Smartsheet, and Gmail to track work and communicate.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support showroom and warehouse operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record (5 years).
  • Ability to confidently drive a box truck and maneuver in tight jobsites and residential areas.
  • Ability to use company computer systems: QuickBooks, Smartsheet, Gmail.
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and working on feet throughout the day.
  • Mental capacity to solve problems independently as they arise.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently once trained.
  • Professional appearance suitable for a luxury showroom environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
