Batch Materials Coordinator (Personal Care Manufacturing)

What will I do? Accurately weigh ingredients per pick lists using calibrated scales and SAP Stage, label, and organize batches; return excess to inventory Record SAP transactions and maintain required documentation Inspect incoming and staged materials; report discrepancies promptly Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas Coordinate closely with Compounders to meet production goals Uphold GMP, safety, and quality standards What experience helps me succeed? High school diploma or GED Manufacturing, warehouse, compounding, or pre‑weigh experience a plus Comfort with basic computer tasks; confident reading scales Electric pallet jack and drum hauler experience preferred Familiarity with SAP and GMP is beneficial Reliable, detail‑focused, and eager to learn PPE-ready (hairnet, safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes) Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs. What schedule and pay can I expect? 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $18.50/hr 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM — $19.75/hr 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM — $19.50/hr $0.50/hr increase after 90 days What else is offered?
