Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, specialty coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on preferences Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and delight guests Handle cash register operations, process payments securely, and manage cash handling responsibilities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours while maintaining a lively atmosphere Assist in bar management tasks such as inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies Apply knowledge of spirits, wine, mixology techniques, and food pairing to elevate guest experiences Contribute to a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality industry standards and exceptional customer service Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or barista roles within food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in processing cash transactions and cashiering duties Expertise in beverage recipe development, mixology skills, cocktail crafting, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as change-making and inventory management Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices for creating memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional beverages and outstanding service.
