This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, develop new beverage recipes, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. **Must be able to work weekends** Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and ensure excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or credit transactions efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and stay current on trends in cocktail crafting, wine knowledge, and brewing techniques. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies. Assist with bar management tasks including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order placement to keep the bar fully stocked. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume bar settings with strong cocktail experience. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and brewing techniques. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and creating memorable moments. Familiarity with food handling, food safety standards, catering experience, and banquet service is preferred.
