We are known for consistent product, careful craftsmanship, and reliable service to both retail customers and wholesale accounts. Our team takes pride in what we send out the door. We are looking for a mature, responsible delivery driver who shares that standard and wants to represent a bakery they can feel good about. **The Role** This is a full-time, early-morning delivery position. You will be the face of Honeymoon Sweets on the road—handling products carefully, maintaining quality and consistency, and interacting professionally with customers and accounts. **Schedule** - Shifts start between 5:00–6:00 a.m. - No night shifts - Sundays off - Full-time hours (typically 35–40 per week) and PT positions available. **What You’ll Do** - Operate a newer (2022–2025) company vehicle to make deliveries across the Phoenix metro area - Handle cakes and bakery products with care, including wedding and custom orders - Package and organize product to maintain quality and presentation - Shop for supplies as needed and put away incoming deliveries - Perform quality checks to ensure consistency before product leaves the bakery - Represent Honeymoon Sweets professionally with every stop and interaction **Compensation & Growth** - Competitive hourly pay based on experience and reliability (typically $18–$22/hr for strong candidates) - Employees with strong customer service skills and a background in sales may be eligible for a negotiated commission or bonus structure for new business they help generate - Employee discount on bakery items **What We’re Looking For** - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -21 years of age or older -Clean driving record - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - Comfortable with early starts and physical work (lifting up to ~50 lbs) - Attention to detail and genuine care for product quality - Professional communication and customer service skills - Willingness to handle a variety of tasks beyond just driving (shopping, packaging, quality checks, putting away deliveries) - Prior delivery, logistics, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred - Interest in representing a quality-focused bakery and taking pride in the work **Why This Role** This is a hands-on position for someone who values consistency, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a bakery with a long-standing reputation for quality.
