That’s why, at Special Touch Bakery, a baker is a baker. Job Summary: Our Bakery Delivery Driver will deliver and merchandise fresh bread in grocery stores in Rochester, Syracuse, or Buffalo. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and capable of contributing to a fast-paced environment. You will be our customer service representative in the store! Our box trucks and bread vans don't require a CDL. What You'll Do... Deliver and stock fresh bread in grocery stores. Deliver bakery products to designated locations, ensuring timeliness and care during transit. Maintain professional and respectful interactions with all customers and clients. What You'll Need... High school diploma or GED. Valid NYS Driver's License with 3 years of driving experience and 21+ years old. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous delivery or grocery store experience is a plus. When You'll Work... We deliver MondayFriday with days starting as early as 46am and finishing as late as 5pm. Our fulltime drivers may reach 40+ hours in 4 days! Expanded delivery hours during peak holiday seasons are required. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Able to push, pull, and lift moderate weight. Knelling is required when merchandising instore bread displays.
