BAKER What we look for: We seek driven, talented, experienced, personable, and communicative bakers who are the "backbone" of our business. Bakers must interact with customers, employees, and managers, and be fully trained Cookie Experts, capable of working flexible hours in the Front of House. Expectations: Responsible for baking, product preparation, daily planning, and managing the Front of House, interchangeable with all positions. Requires baking/cake decorating experience (or teachability), a positive attitude, and a fast-paced, driven approach. Responsibilities: Opening/closing, daily baking, replenishment, order taking (in-store/phone), communicating needs to management, inventory management, catering order communication, preparing dough/ingredients for next day, communicating with opening baker, facility maintenance/cleaning, completing BOH Daily Operations Task List, working as Cookie Expert as needed, and overseeing future order planning. Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Store discount Work Location: In person
