Baggage Delivery Driver (Priority Overnight)

Baggage delivery company requires owner/operator for priority overnight deliveries (10 pm - 6 am) from Edmonton International Airport (YEG) to locations in Metro Edmonton and surrounding area. Ideal candidates include taxi drivers/rideshare contractors or those with other pre-existing transportation commitments at the airport. Education Requirements: High School or equivalent Job Requirements: Able to lift/handle suitcases and parcels up to 80 lbs Able to work with minimal supervision Able to work collaboratively with airport personnel Able to display professional appearance and attitude Working knowledge of Edmonton area and/or prior experience as delivery driver or courier is an asset Compensation: Per delivery Vehicle: MUST HAVE OWN MINIVAN OR SUV (no cars, pickup trucks, cargo/cube vans, or trailers) License: Class 5 minimum, current (30 day) 3-year drivers abstract with no more than 2 convictions AND no more than 6 demerits Insurance: Must have WCB and commercial auto liability policy (minimum $2M in coverage) Other Requirements: Current (30 day) EPS or RCMP criminal record check, smartphone with data plan Job Type: Casual Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Application question(s): Do you have your own Minivan or SUV for work use (NO cars, cargo/cube vans, pickup trucks, or trailers)?
