Backup Delivery Driver – Cannabis Wholesale | As Needed

We are hiring a reliable, flexible backup Delivery Driver for weekday deliveries to dispensaries across New Jersey. This person will provide coverage when one of our regular drivers is out or when we need an additional driver for a third route. This is an as-needed position with no guaranteed hours. Hours may range from 0 to approximately 20–30 hours per month. This role is best suited for someone looking for occasional work who has weekday availability and can step in on short notice. Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a typical start time between 8:30–9:00 AM . Routes generally range from 3–8 hours , depending on delivery needs. Some routes may be scheduled in advance, while others may require same-day coverage. Responsibilities: Cover delivery routes when a regular driver is unavailable or an additional route is needed Deliver orders to dispensary partners accurately and on schedule Load, organize, and secure products for transport Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Head of Fulfillment throughout the day Follow all state compliance and company procedures for cannabis transportation Represent the company professionally at all delivery locations Requirements: Clean driving record is REQUIRED — no tickets or accidents Extremely safe and responsible driving habits Reliable and punctual — we need someone we can count on once a route is accepted Weekday availability and ability to accept routes on short notice Comfortable with occasional work, varying route lengths, and no guaranteed monthly hours Comfortable driving throughout New Jersey and managing multiple stops Detail-oriented and able to follow delivery instructions accurately Strong communication skills Pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
