Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead department team members with the manager
• Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
• Train standard operating procedures and processes
• Maintain signage, recovery, restocking, and sales floor presentation
• Resolve customer issues using judgment and logic
Requirements:
• Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
• Sales or service environment experience preferred
• Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Customer needs evaluation and recommendation skills
