We've recently moved to our new location where we are now working in a state of the art facility with lots of space! The Role: As a Back Parts Advisor at Lakewood Chevrolet, you'll be the go-to expert for all things automotive parts. Your mission? To ensure that our vehicles get the right parts, at the right time, every time. From ordering and receiving parts to providing expert advice, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our service department running smoothly. What You'll Do: Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders with suppliers as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations. What We're Looking For: Experience working in a GM dealership Working knowledge of CDK & MPI Passion for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
