3BBJob Title: B2B Sales Associate Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 45–55 hours per week Requirement: Must have reliable transportation Job Summary: We are a business-to-business (B2B) company looking for a dependable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with business clients to assist with product selection, process orders, and provide ongoing support. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Key Responsibilities: Assist business customers in person, over the phone, and through submitted order lists Accurately process walk-in, phone, and pre-submitted orders Pull, prepare, and stage orders for pickup or delivery Recommend additional products to meet customer needs and drive sales Operate POS system and handle transactions with accuracy Organize completed orders in designated pickup and delivery areas Maintain clean, stocked, and organized shelves and displays Support inventory restocking and general store upkeep during slower periods Deliver consistent, professional customer service Qualifications: Previous retail or sales experience preferred (grocery or similar industry is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual skills are a plus Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
