About the Role We are seeking a B2B Fulfillment Specialist to manage day-to-day B2B retail orders and support order fulfillment for major retail accounts, including Target, Walmart, iHerb, and other retail partners. This role will coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams to help ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This position requires strong follow-up skills, the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines, and effective communication with both internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Order & Fulfillment Management Manage daily B2B orders and purchase orders for Target, Walmart, iHerb, and other retail accounts. Review order details, inventory availability, shipping requirements, and delivery timelines. Monitor order processing through SPS Commerce, ShipBob, and retailer platforms. 2. Logistics & Issue Resolution Coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, and carriers for order fulfillment, pickups, and deliveries. Troubleshoot order, inventory, system, and shipping issues, and follow up on urgent or delayed orders. 3. Order Tracking & Communication Maintain order tracking and monitor retailer delivery performance and compliance. Provide timely order status and fulfillment updates to internal and external teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future. Ability to work on-site at our Montclair, CA office. Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in B2B order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, retail operations, or 3PL coordination is preferred. Familiarity with Target, Walmart, iHerb, SPS Commerce, ShipBob, or similar retail and fulfillment platforms is a plus. Comfortable learning new systems, fulfillment tools, and retailer workflows.
