AZ Truck Driver – Local & Regional

About the Role We are hiring motivated AZ Drivers to join our team. This role is ideal for drivers who take pride in safety, professionalism, and reliable service. Mountain driving experience is an asset, and we provide training for candidates who are new to the industry. Key Responsibilities Operate tractor‑trailer units to transport goods and materials on local, regional, and international routes Conduct pre‑trip, enroute, and post‑trip inspections , including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and safety equipment Perform preventive maintenance , brake adjustments, and basic emergency roadside repairs Drive as part of a team operation or convoy when required Load and unload freight; secure cargo including tarping and ensuring safety and compliance Transport and handle dangerous goods in accordance with regulations Obtain and manage permits, customs documents, and international paperwork Record cargo details, Hours of Service, mileage, and fuel consumption Pay and receive payments for goods when required Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and customer service Qualifications AZ Class Licence (required) Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Mountain driving experience (asset) Experience not required — we will train Ability to perform physical tasks including loading/unloading and tarping Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Equipment Operated Tractor‑trailer units Light and special‑purpose trucks Work Environment & Schedule Flexible hours available Morning, evening, and weekend shifts Mix of local and long‑haul assignments depending on operational needs Benefits Flexible schedule Supportive, safety‑focused work environment Equity, Inclusion & Community Support We are committed to building a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of all employees.
