AZ Truck Driver
Paul's FreightlineOverview We are seeking a safety-conscious AZ Truck Driver to transport freight reliably and professionally. This role involves operating commercial vehicles, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and coordinating with dispatch and customers to support timely deliveries. Paid training will be provided for company-specific procedures and equipment. Duties Safely operate an AZ-class commercial truck on assigned routes and follow applicable traffic laws and safety regulations. Load, secure, transport, and unload freight while taking care to prevent damage. Use a forklift or other approved equipment to move freight when required. Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate trip, delivery, and equipment records. Communicate with dispatch about route progress, delays, and delivery issues. Keep the vehicle and work area clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Use basic automotive repair knowledge to identify minor issues and determine when service is needed. Operate or work around heavy equipment as required, following site-specific safety procedures. Qualifications Valid AZ driver’s licence and a safe driving record. Previous commercial driving and freight-handling experience preferred. Forklift experience or certification is an asset; willingness to complete required training is welcome. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair is an advantage. Strong safety awareness, reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail. Ability to complete required inspections and handle the physical demands of loading and securing freight. Pay: $20.91-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
