Must have 2+ years’ experience verifiable AZ/Class 1 Driving. Insurance won't approve for less than 2 Years. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: YARD TO YARD HOURLY PAY ON PAYROLL Duties Safely operate commercial trucks following all federal, state, and company regulations to transport freight efficiently across designated routes Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring secure handling of all cargo Conduct routine inspections of trucks and trailers before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Assist with automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical problems to minimize downtime Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate freight movement and ensure proper loading procedures Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations, including securing loads and adhering to traffic laws Qualifications Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record End dump and manual transmission experience is an asset. Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably within freight or logistics sectors. Basic knowledge of automotive repair to perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Ability to read maps, follow GPS directions, and plan efficient routes effectively Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly.
