Pay: CA$8,000–CA$8,500 per month Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On the road Job Overview We are hiring experienced and dependable AZ Truck Drivers for single-driver long-haul transportation across the United States, with regular runs to California. We offer consistent freight, dedicated trucks, ready-to-go loads, and 24/7 dispatch support to help our drivers stay on schedule and maximize their driving opportunities. Candidates must have a valid Ontario AZ driver's licence, at least 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience, and experience with both reefer and dry van freight. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, reliable, comfortable with U.S. cross-border transportation, and capable of managing long-haul trips independently while maintaining communication with dispatch. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks safely on long-haul routes throughout the United States, including regular California runs. Independently manage assigned trips and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues. Complete electronic logbooks using the Samsara ELD system. Communicate regularly with dispatch via WhatsApp regarding routes, delivery schedules, delays, and other trip-related matters. Handle freight documentation and verify shipment details as required. Follow applicable traffic laws, Hours of Service regulations, border-crossing procedures, and company safety policies. Secure and handle freight appropriately in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations. Maintain a professional attitude and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of goods. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Ontario AZ driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record. Minimum 6 months of verifiable commercial truck driving experience. Experience with both reefer and dry van freight is required. Experience operating commercial trucks on long-haul routes. Familiarity with U.S. cross-border trucking procedures and documentation. Ability to manage long-haul trips independently and follow assigned schedules. Ability to use electronic logging systems, including Samsara, and communicate effectively with dispatch. Reliable, safety-focused, punctual, and committed to on-time deliveries. Willingness to spend extended periods on the road and travel regularly to the United States. Pay & Benefits Monthly pay of CA$8,000–CA$8,500, based on miles driven. Biweekly pay. 24/7 dispatch support. Dedicated, assigned truck for the driver. Paid clean inspections. Paid layovers and waiting time, subject to company policy. Local fleet team handles pickups, with loads prepared at our terminal. Modern U.S. fleet equipment, with vehicles under warranty. On-site maintenance facility with inspections before and after trips.
