AZ Truck Driver

As a Truck Driver at Snobelen Farms Ltd. you will feel proud and accomplished and will know you are contributing to the success of our business and the food industry. Position may be based out of our Lucknow, Ontario or our Brantford, Ontario locations. General Duties include: Follow all Snobelen Farms Ltd.’s Health and Safety, Quality, and Human Resources policies and procedures Establish and maintain strong customer and co-worker relationships Complete truck and trailer pre-inspections Ensure proper documentation is maintained; including but not limited to trip manifests and log books Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems Safely and respectfully operate Snobelen Farm’s owned vehicles; including exercising good driving manners and taking precautionary measures during inclement weather conditions Maintain a clean and safe truck Liaise with all departments to develop and excel at goals How you will excel: Communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner Handle multiple tasks and remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines Strong understanding of company products and services Knowledge of grain trailers and elevators Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Education & Experience AZ License Clean driving record 2-5 years’ experience What we have to offer: Up to 60 hours / week Monday – Friday Some overtime and weekend work required Comprehensive benefits package RRSP Matching Program Paid vacation We take pride in providing all our employees with a challenging, rewarding and, most importantly, caring work environment.
