Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks following all federal, state, and company regulations to transport freight efficiently. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs to ensure compliance and traceability. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules. Perform routine maintenance or minor repairs on trucks and heavy equipment to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper load securement and safe driving practices. Qualifications Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with freight transportation. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
