About the Role CMF Group Inc. is seeking an experienced AZ Truck Driver to support equipment transportation, material handling, and yard operations for our Corunna and Windsor facilities, with periodic travel to other CMF job sites. The successful candidate will transport heavy equipment, machinery components, tools, and job materials using various specialized trailers and tractors. This role requires strong operational awareness, safe driving practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with field crews, customers, and supervision. Yard duties, equipment inspections, and routine maintenance are essential components of this position. This position includes physically demanding work, including manually applying load securement (chains, binders, straps) and installing load coverings such as tarps and protective materials. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role suited for a reliable, professional driver who takes pride in equipment care, load securement, and customer service. Work Schedule This is an hourly position with a typical schedule of: · Monday to Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. These hours will vary to align with business demands. · Two paid 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute unpaid lunch. · Overtime after 44 hours per week. · Periodic weekend or late-day work to support last‑minute mobilizations. · Travel between Windsor, Corunna, and other CMF job sites as required. · Availability to support urgent mobilizations and customer needs. Compensation & Benefits Wage Rate: Hourly position paid weekly, subject to taxes and government deductions. The range for this role is $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and equipment operation capabilities.
