We are currently hiring AZ Owner Operators for USA-wide (cross-border) operations. Key Responsibilities Safely transport freight and ensure on-time delivery Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and communicate with dispatch Ensure proper load securement and equipment care. Requirements Owner-operator must provide a truck that is model year 2020 or newer. Valid AZ / Class 1 License Minimum 1 year experience preferred Clean CVOR and driving abstract Eligible for cross-border travel (for USA positions) Team drivers must be able to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional and respectful relationship with their co-driver. Candidates who prefer independent work may apply for solo driving positions. What We Offer Dedicated USA lanes and Canada-wide routes Consistent miles with 2–3 trips per week and 2,500+ miles on USA runs Monday to Friday schedules with weekends at home (depending on routes ) Steady loads and fuel support Paid detention (if applicable) Performance and safety bonuses 24/7 dispatch, in-house maintenance, and emergency support.
