Diversco Transport is growing our team! We are looking for an experienced, dependable AZ Dry Van Highway Driver to join our locally owned transportation company. If you have at least 3 years of AZ driving experience , are comfortable running cross-border, and are looking for a company that gives its drivers the equipment and support they need to do their job, we want to hear from you. Newer, well-maintained equipment Company cell phone provided Company tablet provided ELDs in all trucks Support from an experienced dispatch team Locally owned company where drivers are part of the team, not just a truck number Consistent focus on safety, communication, and keeping our drivers moving WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Operating Dry Van equipment throughout Canada and the United States Safely and professionally transporting customer freight Completing required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintaining accurate electronic logs and required documentation Communicating with dispatch regarding load status, schedules, delays, and other important information Following Hours of Service requirements, traffic laws, company policies, and all applicable Canadian and U.S. regulations Representing Diversco Transport professionally with our customers, shippers, and receivers Taking pride in the equipment assigned to you WHAT WE REQUIRE Valid AZ driver's licence Minimum 3 years of AZ driving experience — required for insurance purposes Must be legally eligible and able to cross the Canada/U.S. border Acceptable driver's abstract Strong understanding of commercial vehicle inspections and safe driving practices Dependable and professional with good communication skills Ability to manage your time and work independently Safety-focused attitude and strong work ethic READY FOR A CHANGE?
