AZ Driver Subcontractor – Local Deliveries Company: Axius Logistics Contract Type: Subcontractor / Independent Contractor Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Location: 1880 Bonhill Road, Mississauga, ON Work Type: Local Deliveries Compensation: Paid Per Mileage & Drop About Axius Logistics Axius Logistics is looking for reliable and experienced AZ Driver Subcontractors to support our growing local delivery operations. We are looking for professional drivers who prioritize safe driving, reliability, customer service, and consistent performance. Compensation & Performance ● Compensation is based on mileage and completed drops . ● Earnings are productivity-based , giving drivers the opportunity to increase their earnings through consistent and efficient performance. ● Additional performance incentives and bonuses may be available for strong performance, reliability, safety, and service quality. ● Both full-time and part-time subcontracting opportunities are available. ● Consistent local work opportunities for reliable drivers. ● A paid training period will be provided before starting regular routes, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Responsibilities ● Safely operate AZ commercial vehicles. ● Completely assigned local delivery routes . ● Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. ● Ensure freight is properly handled and secured. ● Complete required delivery paperwork and documentation accurately. ● Provide professional and courteous service at customer locations. ● Follow all applicable transportation regulations, safety procedures, and operational requirements. ● Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. ● Complete assigned routes safely, efficiently, and within operational requirements. Requirements ● Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s License . ● Minimum 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience . Applicants must be able to provide documentation or records confirming their driving experience. ● Clean and safe driving record. ● Reliable, punctual, and professional. ● Strong communication and customer service skills. ● Ability to work independently and follow route and delivery procedures. ● Previous local delivery or freight experience is an asset. ● Must successfully complete the required paid training period before beginning regular routes, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Work Structure This opportunity is for subcontractor / independent contractor drivers supporting Axius Logistics’ local delivery operations. It is not being advertised as an employee position. Drivers will be compensated based on completed work, including mileage and drops, with opportunities for additional incentives based on performance.
