AZ Company Driver – Toronto–Montreal (Reefer, Canada Only)

Position Summary The AZ Company Driver is responsible for transporting refrigerated freight on the Toronto–Montreal corridor. This is a high‑mileage, Canada‑only position offering consistent weekly miles, dedicated equipment, paid extras, and weekly direct deposit. Drivers must have a minimum of three years of verifiable AZ experience and a clean driving record. Key Duties & Responsibilities Operate company‑assigned tractor (Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Freightliner) on Toronto–Montreal reefer lanes Complete pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections Maintain safe operation of reefer units and monitor temperature requirements Ensure cargo is transported securely and in compliance with food‑grade standards Communicate professionally with Dispatch and customers Manage trip documentation, delivery confirmations, and Hours of Service Maintain a clean driving record and uphold all safety and regulatory requirements Represent Flashbee Logistics with professionalism and reliability Additional Paid Items Paid extra drops Paid waiting time Weekly pay via direct deposit Dedicated truck Consistent weekly miles Access to in‑house repair shop Qualifications & Requirements Valid AZ Licence Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ experience Minimum 25 years of age Clean driving record — no accidents or tickets (personal or commercial, Canada or international) Reefer experience is an asset Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude “Champion mindset” — mentally tough, open‑minded, and committed to excellence Work Conditions Canada‑only runs (no U.S.) 3,000+ miles weekly Reefer freight Dedicated tractor assigned Exposure to varying weather and road conditions On‑the‑road work environment Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 per year (based on mileage + extras)
