Key Duties & Responsibilities
Operate company‑assigned tractor (Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Freightliner) on Toronto-Montreal reefer lanes
Maintain safe operation of reefer units and monitor temperature requirements
Ensure cargo is transported securely and in compliance with food‑grade standards
Communicate professionally with Dispatch and customers
Manage trip documentation, delivery confirmations, and Hours of Service
Maintain a clean driving record and uphold all safety and regulatory requirements
Represent Flashbee Logistics with professionalism and reliability

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid AZ Licence
Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ experience
Minimum 25 years of age
Clean driving record - no accidents or tickets (personal or commercial, Canada or international)
Reefer experience is an asset
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude

Work Conditions
Canada‑only runs (no U.S.)
3,000+ miles weekly
Dedicated tractor assigned
Exposure to varying weather and road conditions
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year (based on mileage + extras)
